Our photopolymer stamp sets are proudly Made in the USA from the highest quality materials for crisp, clean stamping. Our papers are also manufactured in the USA to the same high standards.

Some specialty items and accessories are manufactured outside of the USA, but we work hard to ensure all TCFC products meet our quality expectations.

Orders

• All purchases are final.
• Orders are non-refundable and cannot be changed once placed.
• We do not accept returns.

Processing Times

• During new releases or sales, please allow 5–7 business days for fulfillment. Orders are processed in the order received. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is ready to go.

Domestic Orders

• We offer a $7.99 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders under $125.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We wish we could hand-deliver every order, but once a package leaves our location, This Calls for Confetti is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost/stolen packages.
• Shipping timelines do not include fulfillment times (please allow 3–5 business days to process in addition to transit time).
  
• If an issue arises, please contact the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL) directly to open a claim. Refunds will not be issued by TCFC for carrier shipping issues.

Damaged or Wrong Product

• We stand behind our products! If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of your order date.
• Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost to you.
• Claims after 7 days cannot be honored.

• All items must be individually hand-crafted. (No mass production, mechanical reproduction, or digital redistribution.)
• Designs may not be copied, traced, or directly replicated from TCFC marketing or sample cards.
• TCFC products may not be reproduced, altered, or resold in any format.
• Any distribution of TCFC products other than as part of original, handmade art is prohibited.
