RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Email us at thiscallsforconfetti@gmail.com with your order number and details.

If we make a mistake in processing your order, please notify us immediately so we can correct it.

REFUNDS

  • All purchases are final sale unless your order arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original method of payment. Processing time may take 5–7 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos may be requested for verification. Once reviewed, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

EU Customers ONLY – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at thiscallsforconfetti@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, or to sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
