US SHIPPING:
We ship within the United States from North Carolina. We ship all orders within three business days. We charge a flat rate shipping price of $4.99 on all orders up to $50 and free shipping on orders $50 and more before tax is applied.
CANADA SHIPPING RATES:
Up to $100.00 - $19.99
$100.01 and up - $25.99
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:
Up to $50 $16.99
$50 to $125 $25.99
$125 and up $34.99
AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING RATES:
Up to $75 $29.99
This Calls for Confetti ships to Internationally, but is not responsible for additional customs duties and/or taxes imposed on packages sent to international addresses. Customs duties and tax pre-payments are not included in our shipping and handling charges. Customer support will not be able to provide information regarding these fees. For specific duty charges and/or taxes, please contact your local shipping office. This Calls for Confetti must declare all contents on customs declaration forms, including the value of goods and the amount paid by customers. This will be considered merchandise, not a gift. You can find shipping times for each country by visiting www.usps.com
Once tracking indicates a package has been received, it is the responsibility of the customer to claim the package. This Calls for Confetti is not responsible for the replacement of any packages which have been stated as "delivered" by USPS. If your package states "delivered" and you believe you have not received it, please contact your local delivery office to file a claim.
If your package has not been delivered and tracking indicates it is still in route to the destination, but it's been more than two weeks for a USA delivery, please contact us so we may file a claim with the US postal service.
This Calls for Confetti is not affiliated with the United States Postal Service and cannot guarantee the delivery times stated by the USPS. Once your order has left our possession, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for its handling, delivery, or route taken for delivery. Delivery times can be affected by inclement weather and Sunday/Holiday closures.

In the event we make a mistake in processing your order, please contact us immediately so we can correct it.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE
To track your package, sign in to your account, click My Orders, find your tracking number on the order page, click the tracking number. You may also monitor your package through the shipping notification email.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
Here at This Calls for Confetti, loyalty points are called Sparkles. In order to take advantage of our loyalty program, you must become a member of our site. By clicking here, Loyalty Program, you can sign up for free.
With every $1 spent, you'll earn a sparkle. Collect 100 sparkles and you'll receive a 10% discount. Redeeming points requires signing into your account, clicking redeem points, copying the coupon code and pasting in the promo code box during your checkout process.
The Loyalty Program is not available to wholesale accounts.
WHOLESALE:
As of January 1st, 2023 we will no longer offer wholesale accounts.
